NICK AZZARO

Wheatpaste has been around nearly as long as humans have. It's an adhesive made from starch and water and is commonly used for putting up posters and other messages in the street. I create it by cooking bleached or unbleached flour in water, with a small amount of sugar. I use it for layered 2D work as well as freestanding sculptural work. The recipe I use can be found here.
